Applying Eye Liner - How to apply eye liner?

First apply eye shadow , then move on to apply eyeliner.

Tips on How to Apply Eye Liner

1. Select a light colour base shadow. Using a shadow brush, sweep it across your entier lid, from brow to lash line.
2. Use a medium toned shade to cover your over lides.
3. High quality powder eyeshadows can be used wet for heavier application by dampening your applicator a littel.
4. Use a cosmetic puff and a littel pressed powder to tone down heavy shadow. shake any excess powder off the puff then press gently on your lid.
5. When you have finished lining, lightly smudge (blend) the line you just drew. It will make the line smooth so that it doesn't look like a distinct line.

Eyeliner Application Tips

Tip 1: When using an eye pencil, open your mouth slightly to relax the eye muscles. It will make lining a lot easier without having to pull or tug at your lid.

Tip 2: Apply eyeliner as close as possible and even into the lashes to avoid the white line you sometimes get when liner and lashes don't connect.

Tip 3: DO NOT put on mounds of eyeliner because you will look like a raccoon about three hours later.
