Skin Cleansing - How to Cleanse Skin

Ordinary washing of the face does not remove grease, dust, perspiration, dirt, stale make up and bacteria from the skin which cleansing do. Cleansing creams goes deeper into the pores and wash them thoroughly.

Tips to promote skin cleansing:

  • Drinking 10-12 glasses of water daily makes for a good skin cleansing routine, while those going in for a sauna detoxification system need to drink more water.
  • Cleansing cream should be applied in generous quantity on cheeks, chin, neck and forehead.
  • You should always tuck your hair before applying the cream to avoid making the hair greasy.
  • A health care practitioner can guide which are the right mineral supplements to take, depending on the health conditions of a person.
  • Cleansing should be done twice times a day, once in the morning and again before going to bed.
  • Always use a moist cotton to remove the cream as the dry cotton absorbs the moisture from the skin which should not be lose.
  • You should massage the cream into the skin in to upward and outward movement which should be concentrated on the creases near the nose, under the chin area, neck and around the corners of the mouth.
